Returns Policy
As a customer in the UK, you have the statutory right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via email at info@bodyshop360.co.uk. Please ensure that you contact us before returning the item.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
When returning the item, please include a copy of your order along with your contact details, specifying whether you require a refund, exchange, or replacement. The refund will cover the cost of your purchase, excluding postage and packaging (P&P). Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. Please note that Bodyshop360 cannot be held liable if a customer fails to obtain proof of postage and the item goes missing during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured postal service when returning goods to us. It's important to note that once a refund is issued, it may take 5-7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you discover any goods to be faulty, please contact us at info@bodyshop360.co.uk, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. If the matter cannot be resolved, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To return a faulty item, you may use a courier service. Please refer to the returns policy above.
Incorrect Orders
While we make every effort to ensure the accurate fulfillment of your order, if you find any discrepancies, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods. We will promptly dispatch the correct items to you.
