Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to ship all orders on the same working day as placed however orders received after 3pm may take an extra day.

We work with a number of reputable couriers. By accepting our terms and conditions of sale you are also accepting the terms and conditions of the courier we use. If you have any special instructions related to delivery, please add these in the order comment box on the checkout page. We will always pass these instructions on to the courier but cannot guarantee that they will be acted on as each courier has its own policy.

Delivery charges include handling and packing fees as well as all postage costs.

Delivery charges vary according to the value of the total order and we advise you to group your items in one order to reduce charges. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees (if applicable) will apply to each of them.

UK Mainland Only

All delivery charges are based on shipping to the UK Mainland. We are unable to ship any orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or non UK destinations.
